Time Goes Fast

Whew!

Tomorrow is already Thursday........

Just got in from Wednesday evening prayer meeting. We started a new series on DVD and it ran a little late tonight.

Chris is on his second shift for the week and he did his instructors course today as well. He worked at the orphanage Tuesday and is going again tomorrow.

The kids have been plugging along with their school work, music lessons, chores, playing and helping out where they can.

This week Addy has been training me for the radio. I will be doing 3 afternoon praise and song request slots each week. So I will be on the air live.....I hope I can do a good job. I never thought this was something that I would do but I'm really looking forward to it.
Addy will also teach me to run other programs so if they need to go somewhere I can hold the fort down for several hours.

We are all hooked on apple bananas and eat several at a time. They are really tiny bananas and they actually have an apple taste mixed with banana! I get 20 at a time for $1 US and they are gone in 1-2 days.

I am learning to cook some of the Belize dishes and to make homemade tortillas. They are sure good but time consuming. Who am I kidding? All the cooking here is very time consuming because you do everything from scratch. Well, I do get bread from the hospital here and there just to help me out.
