Addy just celebrated her 37th birthday and Jr. asked me to make her a cake. I came across a new recipe called Hummingbird cake that had fresh mashed banana, fresh blended up pineapple, & fresh grated coconut.
The cake was really nice and I used nuts, coconut, and strawberries to decorate it for her.
I'm thinking we need a recipe of that cake and I'm not much of a cake fan...but it sure looks good...
ReplyDeleteThe cake was very good. Only thing is that you can't always find strawberry's here and my nut supply that I brought is just about out. Cooking here in Belize is not as enjoyable as back home!
