Today I found organic greens and veggies!!
I am so stoked about this.
I didn't think organic existed in Belize but it does.
I was able to get turnip greens, mustard greens, beets with greens, chinese cabbage, bok choy, green onions, chinese broccoli, & the best was ASPARAGUS!
This is pure gold here as you can't find it.
We haven't eaten asparagus since we left the states and we had written it off as something we wouldn't have for several years.
God is so good to provide this source.
They have brussel sprouts which we really like too and you can't typically find here. They grow everything from green beans to soybeans. So I am definitely going back on a weekly basis.
